Last night I did some “hip-opening” yoga.

Kicked my ass, man. 

I’m so not flexible… and my hips/pelvic area has been my downfall in that respect. I definitely felt the burn, and it hurt a bit, too, but. That’s what stretching is for. (I didn’t push past what I knew I was capable of, though, for all y’all who might be concerned).

I’m on the first morning of yerba prima (I had to push it back a day) and already it’s great.

I’ve noticed an increase in energy, my body isn’t holding on to as much water weight, and I’m finally regular. 

Is that tmi? Oh well. Don’t care. 

I’m going to my dad’s house tonight, so I plan on taking a bike ride, eating dinner (palaak paneer… yummmm) and then working out and maybe walking the dog. 

HOPEFULLY I FIND THOSE BOOKS I’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR, TOO. Hmph.

Okay.

So I’m starting this cleanse- yerba prima women’s renewal is what it’s called.

I plan on waking up at about 10 tomorrow morning, doing yoga or zumba or something. 

But I’m starting the programme now, and it says to take it with food and water. So. 

I’ve got myself some yoghurt, a V8 can, and a citrine to eat, along with a full glass of water.
